Reminder about Town Hall meetings: There are a number of “alternative” Town Hall meetings posted in “Events”  (Please note that EDUC 362 students are required to attend at least two Town Hall meetings; a few more will be listed in the coming weeks, but don’t delay. Also, if you have attended an alternative Town Hall, be sure to write a paragraph about your take-aways and send it to the instructors at mscinstructors@umich.edu )

Media Artifacts should be posted no later than this Sunday, October 7. Please see last Wednesday’s announcement for FAQs, and also examples, resources, and a screencast about posting your artifact. Note especially that the Media Artifact should focus on defining a problem of interest, not (yet) proposing solutions.

UM students, your Service Check-In is also due this Sunday, posted to the Canvas site for your section. From the syllabus:

By October 7th, please post a one-pager on Canvas in which you tell us a) where you’re doing your service work; b) what you know about you’ll be doing, and c) where you see opportunities you can seize upon to connect your service work with your proposal writing and your participation in the thematic area discussions.

TC Office Hours will be posted soon--look for them in the Events section of this site.
