This is a unique Town Hall featuring an on-site tour of the Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant with Manager Brian Steglitz who will walk us through the plant’s operations and answer any questions you have about water quality as well as broader questions concerning infrastructure in Michigan.
Michael will be able to provide round-trip transportation for the first three requesting it; we will meet in front of the southern entrance (closest to the B-School) of the School of Education on East University Avenue, leaving at 5:05 sharp.
Location: 919 Sunset Road, Ann Arbor, 48103
(The three readings for this Town Hall are an OP/ED, "Can you imagine a day without water?"; "Buried No Longer: Confronting America's Water Infrastructure Challenge;" and the Executive Report (pp. 8-13) in the Science Advisory Report. )
