Move-Away from a No Fault State

Currently Michigan is a no-fault state. This means that whenever you get into an accident it does not matter whose fault it was. That means that not only does the person who caused the accident's insurance goes up but also the person who was affected by the accident does too. However, as of early February lawmakers have been trying to repeal this law and it is still in progress.
