A Grand Rapids nonprofit...

A Grand Rapids nonprofit has a 4 bedroom house that is used for low-income young adults. In addition to this new house, there are "13 other homes throughout Grand Rapids serving 61 residents who struggle with homelessness. Some of those homes are geared towards families, and others serve residents with behavioral health issues." In my opinion, this is a great idea. Not only is it a way to help those struggling, but it is also a safe space. I wonder if other areas in Michigan will do this. Do you think they should? Should this be something done nationwide? I also think that the people living in the house can give back and help spread this trend. https://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapids/2019/11/grand-rapids-nonprofit-renovates-house-for-homeless-young-adults.html
