The Detroit City Council is expected to vote on an ordinance next week that will ban recreational marijuana businesses in Detroit until at least Jan. 31, 2020. This “opt-out” can put Detroit at a disadvantage when being compared to other places in Michigan who have recreational marijuana ordinances. What do you think of the Detroit City Council delaying the recreational marijuana market?
