The state of Michigan is planning on building a Border-To-Border trail that encourages citizens to foster a healthier relationship with the environment. The article talks about a meeting open to the public that discusses details regarding specificities of the building and how gaps will be filled in certain ares within the state. In terms of effectively using taxpayer money, do you think this is an option that people want?
